I am Niloufar Banizamani (born 1994), a creator of worlds built from color and imagination.
I hold a Master’s degree in Painting from Alzahra University in Tehran. Since childhood, painting has been my way of observing and narrating the world around me. My journey has led me to participate in several group exhibitions in Tehran, and today, my life is a blend of painting, illustration, and teaching—both online and in person.
Throughout my artistic development, I have trained in illustration, design, painting, and child facilitation under Tehran’s most prominent masters. Beyond the canvas, I have completed several mural projects across the city. I am also the proud creator of the beloved “Joghdi” and “Fili” characters for the learn Persian with Joghdi collection; it feels as though a piece of my soul lives within them.
I am constantly seeking new avenues for visual storytelling. I believe that every image should tell a story one that allows children to form a deep, heartfelt connection with the characters.
